Years Living in Dover: Born and Raised


Deep-rooted Dover citizen, Kevin became involved in Dover400 because he realizes the significance and importance of the milestone the city will be commemorating in 2023. Kevin’s leadership, connections in the community, and diplomatic approach to organizing groups will be critical to shaping the Dover400 celebration.

Years Living in Dover: 44


Sam brings rich experience and insight to the team having chaired Dover’s 375th Anniversary Committee, served as President of the Dover Historical Society, Chair of the Dover School Board and provided leadership to major Dover municipal building projects. Sam’s understanding of the planning process will be vital to making the 400th birthday a success

Zachary moved to Dover in 2016 and it immediately felt like home to him. He joined Dover400 to contribute to the community, share the city’s fascinating history, and help Dover get ready for the next 400 years.

One of the city’s newest residents, Deb moved to Dover to enjoy retirement. She joined Dover400 to learn more about the city, meet people, and give back to the community.

Cathy has spent the last four decades researching Dover history. She recently retired as Dover Public Library Director after serving the city for 44 years. Her historical knowledge is invaluable to Dover400.


Kerry Berry


Years Living in Dover: 15


Kerry and her family settled in Dover after her husband's tour of duty with the United States Air Force.  Kerry's volunteer experience includes roles as President of the Board of Directors of the Dover Music Parent's Club Boosters, President of the Board of Directors of Project MusicWorks, a community outreach organization, and many years of volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America.  Kerry joined Dover400 to create community connection and be part of celebrating the rich history of Dover.


Stephanie Bolduc


Years Living in Dover: 20


Stephanie and her husband Mike settled in Dover to raise their family. Stephanie’s volunteer experience includes committee roles on the Greater Dover Chamber’s Annual Banquet and the Festival of Trees. She also serves on the boards of the Garrison City Futbol Club  and Dover Softball. Stephanie joined Dover400 to give back to the city her family calls home.

As the current Mayor of Dover, Bob knows the importance of educating residents and businesses alike about Dover’s important heritage and many ethnic groups.

A history enthusiast, Sam comes to the board with a keen interest in New England history. Previous volunteer experience includes beach clean-ups and community beautification projects. She joined Dover400 to celebrate Dover's vibrant past and fascinating story.

Guy Eaton


Years Living in Dover: 65

Guy brings valuable experience planning historical events having served on the 350th Anniversary Committee in 1973. With family roots dating back to the 1600s, Guy is most proud of Dover’s heritage and the bright future of the city.

Active in Dover for his entire life, Jesse joined Dover400 to contribute to and participate in this notable celebration. A former City Councilor, Jesse also served Dover as Mayor.

As a little girl, Kathy was part of Dover’s 350th Anniversary, marching with a group of Little Miss. Garrison Bells dressed in historical puffy blouses, skirts, and matching bonnets. She joined Dover400 to continue contributing to the city she loves.

Born and raised in Dover, Karen also operates her own business here. She served six years as mayor and six as a city councilor. Karen has given her heart and soul to Dover and is dedicated to making the 400th Anniversary successful and memorable.

Tom joined Dover400 as the Dover Main Street Representative and has always had a keen interest in Dover’s history, future, preservation, and prosperity.
